I've been inspired by other recent bologna posts

I have seen a few bologna posts recently and decided it was my turn. Grabbed 5lb, scored, brushed with mayo/butter mixture and seasoned with Gravitas Good Rub (thanks for turning me on to this @CarolinaCrazy ) ran at around 325 for about 3-1/2 hours. Used some oak and a few small pieces of apple for smoke. Turned out good. Best lunch in a while. Looking forward to making co-workers jealous at lunch tomorrow.

Looks awesome. If you can find some pretzel rolls that makes for an incredible sammich.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Love your serving platter! Good looking bologna too.

Thanks all! It was really good. Not sure it is something that will make the regular rotation of cooks but will definitely do it again. Bologna camp seems like a great idea. Cheap food, good bourbon!
