injected with Apple Juice, seasoned mainly with Dizzy Pig rub, and finished in foil with rendered Apricrot Preserve apple juice and Tsunami spice. Best I've ever done. Smoke was perfect on this one, Apple chunk. Comments

Looks awesome. Did you inject prior to the cook or during? I used peach preserves to start with, after a heavy dry rub @ 225F. I brined mine. How much juice did you use? Great cook!"Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
