Shrimp Tacos

Didn't know what we were going to make for supper tonight. We had a bag of shrimp in the freezer, I figured that would be quick and easy. My wife called me and said she picked up some Asian cabbage mix that would go good as a taco topping.

Sounded good to me, got the Small hot, thawed the shrimp, hit with Dizzy Pig Fajita-ish, and in they went.

After a bit, tossed them


Finished


Assembled with the mix, diced tomatoes, and salsa on a toasted corn tortilla.


Really good, quick and simple. I ate two, and then plated up some salad mix with more shrimp.

Great weeknight cook, my wife is a genius.
