I just put 20# in the cure this afternoon myself. I will likely leave in the cure for 8-9 days just because of our life schedule. I am planning to hot smoke to 150 unless we get a few cold nights around that time.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
