Last night was a late one, but we were hungry so we decided to egg up some "wings and pizza"...but the wings were just small drumsticks and the pizza was concocted with some leftovers. Put a couple different rubs (plowboys YB, sugarfire, and HHH) on each set of 3 drumsticks and sauced one with Sugarfire BBQ sauce. The pizza had a garlic cream base, topped with thin sliced provolone, leftover smoked rosemary pork loin, caramelized onions, 3 pepper cheddar, and topped with fresh parsley. Drumsticks were good, the pizza was crazy good! I think we both were kinda shocked at how much we enjoyed it.

Plated up. The ribs turned out great, some of the best I think I've cooked. Mac and cheese was a winner too. We used aged greek cheddar, regular sharp cheddar, parmesan, and 3 pepper cheese.

That is some fine looking grub all around. The late night pizza looks absolutely incredible. The spares and mac look perfect as well.
Rib tip meat will go great in baked beans for a future cook. You can also use it in ABTs.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I would go all @SGH on those ribs and mac n cheese!

Ha just looked at this for a reference on my setup and noticed that i never corrected my cheese statement.
