whole chicken, cut into pieces and a split chicken breast. Seasoned with yardbird.

At higher temps (~350+) you can control temp with no cap and use just bottom vent. Ive just started teaching myself how to do it.feef706 said:Looks good, gonna try my first whole chicken tomorrow.
