Country Ribs on the Mini

After a really crappy day at work, the Mini comes to the rescue. Kind of like therapy. A couple pieces of loin end country ribs I found in the freezer, thawed quickly in hot water. Soaked them for a half hour or so in cider vinegar, honey, and DP Game On. Cooked for about half an hour at 260ish 'til 140, then opened it up ' til they looked good. Now on the deck listening to the crickets on a gorgeous Ozarks Fall evening, with a Labrador at my side. Things are looking up...

Great looking grub brother Bass. And on the mini to boot. I love country style ribs myself. I will load the mini to the gills with them.

SGH, what's your method for cooking all of those. Trying to get mine come out better. Either too dry or tough....
