First slow and low boneless skinless breast cook. 275 pit, 155 meat temp pull and rest covered for 5 min. The most tender juicy breasts I've ever had! I'm in breast heaven right now ;-)!

I think slow and low is best for Chicken breasts, utilizing the benefit of keeping the meat moist with the BGE design.

@swordsmn Chipotle flavored marinade with Hacks Smoked Maple Mustard BBQ sauce and salt and pepper. The Hacks BBQ sauce is incredible, highly recommend it.
