Ribeye and Butternut Squash

Roasted some Butternut Squash on the small @425 indirect. Rubbed with brown sugar and Pineapple Head
The Ribeyes were salted about 2hrs earlier then hit with Pepper,Garlic and Onion powder.
On the mini at 550° direct. Flip every 3 mins
Squash is mashed and served
