I agree,  I have never done then and when I go to BWW I get boneless ones.  To much work for so little of food.  Two of my neighbors do them from time to time so I just get them then.  Same goes for ABT's, not a big fan of those either.  I like a little jalapeno in chili, but that's about it. 

I struggle most with food cost. If you can figure that out that would be helpful. ☺

Actually,  I didn't. I was trying to surface other people that have came on here with stuff like this. 

@Terrebandit ... I solved that one very early in the game.  Told the missus that "we are eating today ... at 7:00 ... maybe."  Finishing the cook was the goal ... timing was an illusion in the beginning.
