Brats and Dogs on the Mini BGE

Simple but effective. 
Johnsonville Beer Brats and Nathan's Hot Dogs on buttered and grilled split top buns. They were topped with some Pepperworks Jalapeño Mustard, diced onions, cole slaw and Cholula Hot Sauce. @Hotch gave me the jalapeño mustard at the GA Mtn Eggfest. Crazy good stuff! Thx again @Hotch !
