Cheeseburgers really did happen on this glorious National Cheeseburger Day , but this was the only pic I took. Cheeseburgers are served best piping hot, so we didn't waste any time on picture taking. LOL Happy Cheeseburger Day folks!

Thx bro! One thing I did do different was this: I placed our two sesame seed buns on a plate and covered them with a dampened and "squeezed" paper towel (so the paper towel wasn't too wet). Microwaved them for about 20 or 30 seconds, then split them and toasted the inside portion of the buns in a pan over high heat. Then built the burgers. It was nice having the contrast of the burgers/buns being piping hot to the mayo/lettuce/pickles/chopped onions being fridge cold temp. Delicious!

Charred Ground Ribeye burger, homemade chipotle mayo, crispy bacon, swiss cheese, a

sautéed mushroom medley and fried onion straws on a brioche bun. Served with double fried seasoned french fries and a classic Not Your Father's Root Beer Float.

Pictures can be deceiving. Four people ate off of that. A slider just wouldn't do it justice for a pic!

Totally missed the Cheeseburger Day. Family in town so we went out to eat (their idea), but I did have a chili cheese burger so I guess I didn't totally miss it.
