I picked this bad boy up yesterday 8.5 lbs. gonna go low & slow with maybe some pecan or cherry ?? Got to get ready for that big Florida vs Kentucky game tomorrow night LOL every game is big for us right now ... I will post some pre smoke and after smoke and pulled pics tomorrow ... I'm doing the same but times two, 9 and 8.5 pounder. Picked up both at $0.99 a pound, what did you pay a pound? Putting on at midnight, expecting them to be finished around 4 tomorrow, just in time to rest for a few hours before our first SEC battle, Go Gators!

I based it on my last cook, one butt, same size, hit 196 at 4 CST, you think the addition of one will add that much time?

Did one and smothered it in peach preserves, then covered it in a spicy dry rub. Used peach and pecan to smoke. Best I have ever had in my life.
Cat fan here, looking to end the streak. Good luck on the cook, and Go Cats!

I hope Grier good enough to stay in ... Not liking the 2 QB system ... Didn't like it back with Spurrier either with Nacho Noah and Johnson heck he did it with a few of them ... Go Gators

I'm tired of the 2 qb system also, hopefully there is a dividing line tomorrow, gonna be a challenge considering last year at home was a real struggle.
