It took my Pablano peppers forever to mature this year, but they're here now and it's ABT time! 
Stuffed with cream cheese. shredded cheddar, and chopped little smokey links, dusted with DP Raging River, and cooked raised indirect at 275 for a little over an hour over cherry wood smoke. Yum!
The bacon I had was a little thick, but it's done enough to eat.
