It took my Pablano peppers forever to mature this year, but they're here now and it's ABT time! :)

Stuffed with cream cheese. shredded cheddar, and chopped little smokey links, dusted with DP Raging River, and cooked raised indirect at 275 for a little over an hour over cherry wood smoke. Yum! 

The bacon I had was a little thick, but it's done enough to eat.
