Fried/Grilled Chicken with Sautéed Collard Greens and Fresh Corn.

I picked up 2 bone in breast and 2 bone in thighs both with skin on, some corn on the cob and 2 bunches of collard greens.
The chicken got a quick dusting of AP flour and cornstarch that was hopped up with cayenne, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.
And on the small egg at 400° indirect This pic is about 1/2 way through the cook
With what I thought was about 15 mins left on the chicken I put the corn on the mini
And got the wok hot on the large for the greens. I first sauteed some onions and garlic then put the greens in followed by 1/4 of chicken stock
Then a CI lid over everything to help it steam
Chicken is done and waiting to be eaten
Close up to show crispness
And plated up. The corn had a garlic and fresh herb compound butter.

Great looking grub brother. That corn really has my attention. A few weeks back, @Grillmagic sent me some that was insane. As always, everything looks great my friend.

That meal reminds me of those that I grew up with, but healthier.
Looks great!------------------------------

Thanks guys!
@500 - the texture was very much like fried chicken. It wasn't like extra crispy from KFC but was very good.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
