Last night, smoke and fire for a tri-tip. Tonight, gentle smoke fired oven for Lasagna. Love the versatility of the Egg

I can't tell from the pics - platesetter legs down & maybe a pizza stone sitting on some spacers? I also love the versatility of the egg. It does many things very well and holds temperatures very well. Lasagna is on my list of things to cook this winter.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
