Food looks great! Is that a smokey joe or jumbo joe with a smoker mod? I'm going to guess that you used a stock pot, cut off the bottom, and painted it black.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

If that's part weber and part UDS, do you call it an ugly kid joe?THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

The cooker worked very well in that it held steady at 250 degrees for the whole cook. I'm using a pizza stone form my Mini Egg and a 10" flower pot base as a defector/heat sync. The chops were at 145 degrees in about 1.5 hours. The cooker is light and easy to break down. You can fire up the grill and remove the pot to add charcoal or for easy cleanup. I'll mainly use this cooker for tailgating or camping.Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

@thatgrimguy and @SmokeyPitt - here's a link to the build. I used the Smokey Joe Gold grill because of the ash problem associated with the Silver model. There's also several videos posted on You Tube.http://virtualweberbullet.com/miniwsm.html

@Thatgrimguy I bought my tamale pot at Walmart for $20. There's a little bit of difference in their size, so take your Smokey Joe lid with you. I ended up grinding off about 1/16" off of the pot rim so that the lid fit.
