OT - Smoked Monster Chops

i haven't posted any cooks for awhile due to a family illness even though I've been cooking on the Egg regularly.  I built this small smoker about 2 months ago and decided to break it in tonight with a couple of monster, bone in chops.  Each chop was about 16 ozs and was smoked with a different rub and orange wood.  Served with hatchback potatoes and jalapeños.




Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
