Sums up the holiday weekend...
Brown sugar, paprika and chili powder based rub
Sauced with a sweet Memphis sauce
Mozz, pepp, goat cheese
Roasted garlic, kalamata olives, red pepper, red onion, oregano
Rib meat/sauce from previous cook, applewood smoked cheddar, green onion
Pesto base, garden tomatoes, fresh mozzarella
Capped off with some live Phish on the porch as summer comes to a close...nice finish
