Turkey is done!!

Thanks for all the good advice on the forum.  Here is my first turkey just coming off the EGG.  Cooked on a V-rack and placed in aluminum roaster with direct heat at 350.  Just under 15 lbs took about 3 hours.  I basted a couple of times with melted butter with garlic. Dinner will be ready soon.  Can't wait to taste it.
