8.5# Oven Stuffer dusted with DP Tsunami Spin and cooked raised indirect to 165 degrees on the breast over peach wood smoke. The sweet potatoes were drizzled with a butter, olive oil, thyme and garlic sauce before going on. Dinner rocked.
