Honey Sriracha Wings
4 pounds chicken wings1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter2/3 cup Sriracha1/2 cup honey2 teaspoons kosher saltJuice of 1 limeCorn Starch
Dust the wings with corn starch prior to cooking for a crispier skin.Cook the wings raised direct or indirect until done. While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the Sriracha, honey, salt, and lime juice, stirring to combine. Put the cooked wings in a large mixing bowl and toss with the Sriracha mixture. But wings back onto the egg and let the sauce set.Sweet and spicy, a great combo!

Look for the post @RRP did on Georgia Red Wings...I have not tried them, but they look awesome. Other than that, I usually just let them air dry for a few hours or overnight in the fridge to help with crispy skin. Put on your favorite rub(s), I put Death Dust on some recent ones and it was awesome. Cooking method varies depending on mood, I have had good results with raised direct or raised indirect with higher temp. Hard to mess up wings on the egg.
The link for the red wings was a little difficult to find, but here it is

Here's a link to a great wing sauce: (if you like mustard)
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-hot-mustard-chicken-wings/?mxt=t06dda I adapt the cook to the BGE going raised direct at around 350-400*F flipping around every 10-15 mins til done (about 45-50 mins). I use Sriracha as the hot sauce. FWIW-
Edit: cut up wings and let dry overnight in the fridge or if pressed for time, use corn starch on the skin to help with crisping it up.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. I'm a big fan of the Josh Brown recipe. Tried it once and have never thought of trying anything else.

If you can get your hands on tamarind chutney, I swear they will be the best wings you have ever had. I have made them a few times now for friends and my wife and 100% of them said they are the tastiest wings they've ever had. http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1185555/best-wings-and-bs-thighs-ever#latestToronto ON
