Thanks again @WeberWho? , these were a big hit and we will be doing them again. Was not my choice on the type of pickle used but that is what was in the fridge, will be using a different pickle next time.
The glaze was honey, jalapeno mustard, and butter, turned out really good actually.
Kids loved it, wife loved it, it was a big hit. Thanks again, hats off to you!

@SoCalTim I have to give the credit to @WeberWho? for these, he posted these last week, below is the post. These were Bone in chops, butterrfied, stuffed with mozza, ham, and pickles, home made glaze with honey, jalapeno mustard and butter. Had to do them after seeing this post. Do them, and enjoy, they were fantastic.
