Can't wait until tomorow night...

So here is what is going on the MM tomorrow night.  Wings rubbed with DP dust.  Bacon wrapped deer tenderloin dusted with DP shakin the tree.  And a few ABT's rubbed with more dizzy dust.  Gonna be a great cook with a few friends out at camp.

  • Looks awesome. Always love to see people use more exotic game meats such as venison. Good call wrapping it with bacon since it's so lean. Looking forward to seeing the end result.

    You may want to try Oakwood BBQ's Habanero Death Dust for the wings next time.  It  has some pop but not at all overwhelming IMHO....and it's fun to say outloud!

    They turned out really good last night.  Cooked indirect at about 300 with some apple chips.  Put the wings on first and then after about a half hour put everything else on for another hour or so.  sorry, no plated pics, they didn't last long.  Thanks for all the nice comments guys.
