Ramen noodle soup with belly, tenderloin and egg

Smoked some cured belly cold then hot. Made a stock with a chicken carcas. Added 5 spice. Sous vide roasted carrots on side. Pickled some pork tenderloin leftovers and added that with belly and a soft boiled egg to the ramen and broth.

@NDG the eggs get dropped in boiling water for 6 minutes then directly into ice water. I do these by the dozen because I love soft boiled eggs.______________________________________________I love lamp..

@Canugghead I had some left over pork tenderloin that I sliced very thin. Put it in Tupper ware with some vinegar and soaked it for 15 minutes. Rinsed once and threw in the soup. Gives it a little more character.
