Had a bunch of leftover hashbrowns with sausage in the fridge that I had to use up. So I made a quick casserole with it last night and served it with homemade pancakes and eggcups.
Tasted good this morning too.

I had been using the hashbrown / sausage mixture for stuffed peppers that I egged though. Does that count for something?
