Juustaleipa - Finnish Cheese

Found this fun new cheese at our local market. Originated in Finland and they've started to market it commercially here in Wisconsin. Squeaky, mild and buttery. Pronounced oo-stah-lee-pa. They say it doesn't melt so I've put a hunk on the Egg along with some ribs and ring baloney. 




LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI. :glasses:  B)
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...

    It's great stuff @XC242, you'll dig it. Personally i like it best on a flat top, but grill is good too. I make this as an appetizer all the time, but it's also great fried up on top of a sald.

    If you ever come into Madison for the capitol square farmers market on Sat morning there's an awesome cheese stand that does three or four different varieties of juustaleipa on an electric flat top. best samples you'll get all day!
