Prime Ribeyes

Bought 6 Prime ribeyes at Sam's today. Two for tonight and food savered the other four and stuck in the freezer. Picked up some 2 inch bone-in ribeyes a few days ago along with some whole chickens and a bunch of BS thighs, some pork chops and four pork butts on sale last week, so the freezer's pretty well stocked again:
Wife was hungry so didn't reverse sear this time. Just hot and fast on the CI grid. Turned out fantastic.

Comparatively speaking, that freezer is pretty empty.

Those look great! Did you let them rest for a bit after pulling them off the grill? Noticed a fair amount of juice on the plate.
