MBW made the dough, and all the pizza toppings, All I did was prep the XL for pizza, inverted plate setter, half way cleaned the grid, used two fire bricks under the cheap pizza stone from world market, fire up the XL to around 500F and put it on and 9 minutes later pulled out delicious pizza, while drinking a couple bottles of Pinot Gris, with the Pavlov's Neighbors. We made several last night, cleaning out the fridge. My Beautiful wife did all the hard stuff, yet I got all the credit. Sometimes life just is not fair.

Life may not always be fair but, sounds like it's good!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -

The tomatoes this year have been fabulous! I am putting them on everything and roasting them.
these are part of my 9th generation heirlooms. I am picking about 5-6 pounds per day.
that one was a tomato, mozzarella Gorgonzola, and beef tenderloin, with MBW' s pizza Duce recipe."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

I think you could go a little lighter on the cornmeal... I used to use cornmeal, but since I switched to parchment paper I have not looked back. Less mess, pizza never sticks to the peel after its been built, and its easy to preassemble pizzas on the counter and transfer them to the egg if you only have one peel.
