Asian Turkey Burgers with Crunchy Pear Napa Cabbage

Tonights dinner turned out great! We were in the mood for something different and healthy so we grilled Asian Turkey Burgers (ground turkey, ginger, onion, soy, sesame oil and topped with black sesame seeds and wasabi guacamole) with a side of Pear & Napa Cabbage slaw tossed in a rice wine vinaigrette and topped with toasted ramen noodles and chopped Thai Curry Cashews.
I grilled the burgers direct at 425 for about 12/15 minutes and let them rest for about 5/7 minutes.
We paired it with a Rose of Grenache & Syrah that worked very, very well.
Lessons Learned: I should have used a little olive oil on either the bottom of the burgers or on the grill grate because turkey burgers are delicate and were trying hard to stick and fall apart.
Some of the Raw Ingredients:

Before The BGE

The back two are not as well done as they look....thats the Black Sesame.

The Final Product!
