Had 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the freezer, and figured it was time to try out the FireWire stick.  Marinaded in honey, soy sauce and black pepper for a couple hours.  Turned out darn good.  Another first time cook for me.
  1. Bettendorf, Ia with lots of time in Chattanooga, Tn.  LBGE, plate setter, ar, Looft lighter, maverick et-735, Rutland gasket, Smokeware SS cap, Kickash basket, and lots of cast iron.
