Took some ports and scooped out all of the brown gills
Filled with a marinara,precooked Italian sausage,bacon,pepperoni,red onion,orange sweet peppers & olives
Then covered with shredded moz
Then on the small indirect @450° for about 25mins
These things were off the charts good. Will be done again!!

Thank for the comment. The answer to your question is yes & no. After seeing @nuke1855 post his stuffed shrooms I made some similar and thought that a pizza filling would be good. Yep those look amazing. Now I'm hungry and I just finished some pulled pork tacos.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
