Your title says: it was fantastic.  I can plainly see that it was. What a great looking pile of grub. This is my kind of meal.. Seafood and beef. It looks outstanding to say the least. Allow me:

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

    Looks delicious!

Galveston is a fun little island.  I used to commute to the NASA area in Webster all the time and we'd head to Galveston to eat now and then.

I've ordered from them and agree it's a great mail ordering website. Unfortunately, I have not ordered for myself, just gifts to others.

@stemc33-  As you are aware from here and your friends (great gifts) comments, you owe it to yourself at least once.  But once will not be enough...

SRF is awesome.  I have never had anything from them that was not top notch.

Great Cook . . what a funky yet delicous looking plate of food !!
We made SRF steaks on Friday . . small (6 oz ribeye fillets) but very very tasty - went reverse sear, finished on cast iron.

I also have a pack of SRF Wagyu Burgers and a pack of their Hot Dogs to try next . . . anybody try them yet?  The fat content in the the burgers is off the charts - gotta be good!
