Smoked Bologna, Kielbasa with Peppers and Onions, oh and maybe a side of meatloaf

Right I have one bologna, fresh kielbasa and meatloaf wrapped with prosciutto and pancetta for tonight's dinner. Peppers and onions getting added later.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. This is the second time if done this, but this time I used fresh kielbasa sausage and it was better. The smoked bologna was better too. I found this on smoking meat website and may have to try it some time.

For the meatloaf if used a different seasoning I used these two, along with two eggs, 1/4 Co of parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of Banco, little mustard and BBQ sause. Wrapped in pancetta and prosciutto. Best one I havXL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
