3 year old requested cheese pizza. Plain old cheese doesn't quite fit the wife's pallet so went with Ina gartens white cheese pizza. I have posted this before but for those who missed it this one is a keeper. Pics in whatever order @Mickey (the forum moderator) wants.
Rolled and docked, fontina/mozz/goat cheese grated, garlic oil heating, garlic oil applied.

Actually did not make this one. I bought premade 1lb dough ball from publix. I like this recipe with it because the oil base goes into the holes when I dock the dough. Makes nice crispy crust. I also brush the outer crust with the garlic oil which helps with the browning. This one was perfect. The thing I hate about store bought is it is usually not consistent.
