Smoked Chicken Wings!

I felt I had to smoke some wings up considering its National Chicken Wing Day!
1. Seasoned with your favorite BBQ seasoning.
2. Dusted with baking powder.
3. Indirect 350-375 dome temp. Flip about half way thru or when the top side looks like it's rendered will.
4. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Those look really really good! Excellent job. Btw did you use baking powder or corn starch? I've used corn starch in the past for some extra crispiness, but never baking powder.XL, Medium BGE & Blackstone I XAR-Woo2 & Rig-BO I Flameboss 500St. Louis, MO

@byrne092 baking powder. I've tried a host of things and processes, and just prefer that over the corn starch personally.
