Smoked Chicken Wings!

I felt I had to smoke some wings up considering its National Chicken Wing Day!

1. Seasoned with your favorite BBQ seasoning. 
2. Dusted with baking powder. 
3. Indirect 350-375 dome temp. Flip about half way thru or when the top side looks like it's rendered will. 
4. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
