Hello everybody, approved at last. While Doc can't cook during his recovery from eye surgery I decided to start to learn how to do it. This is a couple of days old, but is my first steaks.

Hope Doc is doing well. Hubby will have his cataracts removed in August, so he has a lot of restrictions too. Luckily, I do most of the egging around here.
Your steaks look perfect and I congratulate you on taking up egging so you don't miss out on great food while Doc recuperates.
