A hot, lazy day day here in south Jersey.........perfect for the Egg. I cooked ABTs, sweet for the wife, jalapenos for me - stuffed with cream / cheddar cheese and little smoke links and dusted with DP Tsunami Spin. Cooked 275 raised indirect over apple wood smoke for 55 minutes.
As soon as they came off, I put pork tenderloins on - marinaded in McCormicks Smokey Sweet Tea (love this stuff) for 6 hours, and cooked raised indirect to an IT of 145 over apple wood smoke. They're FTC'ing right now until we're ready to eat.
My pool is calling me............I'll post cut pics soon.

My apologies for posting such a pedestrian cook here. I'll try to limit the noise and only post heroic cooks.
Here it is cut - it rocked.:

Outstanding! That's a great idea using sweet peppers for SWMBO's ABT's. Mine doesn't care for jalapeños.

Thanks! I don't usually use marinades, but the Smoky Sweet Tea rocks with pork and especially chicken.Living the good life smoking and joking

Great chefs will judge talent based upon how well one cooks simple items. Simple is a good thing. Good food is good food. Simple or fancy, they both have a time and place. I'm gonna get me some smokey sweet tea marinade.

Thanks, guys. I have to admit that I'm a little intimidated with some of the cooks posted here - therefor I hold back with posting. This was just a simple cook that turned out awesome to mine and my wife's taste buds. I LOVE my BGE.Living the good life smoking and joking
