Costco prime packer. Temp got a little warm this morning about 3. So I turned her down apparently too much. Woke up at 7 to find the grate temp at 157. Internal has ranged from 150 to 137.5 in the thickest part of flat. Is it trash now (IE time to go the the store and get s Boston butt) or is it ok. I don't want to make anyone sick and I know we have a 39 week pregnant young lady coming.

I'd keep cooking and serve it.

I agree with @Lit.  If the grate temp was above 140 you are 100% fine.  You were still cooking...just really slowly :)

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Finish cook, serve, ENJOY! I bet you will find it is going to be one of the better cooks. Just like Smokey said you were still cooking just really slow.
