i am fortuate that I am able to light up the egg 5 days a week, and many times they aren't the most interesting cooks. But tonight I did brats with a ci full of peppers, onion, Klondike golden spuds covered with mrs dash chipotle seasoning.

Spuds and carrots take so damn long to cook- Took skillet off after about 30 minutes with foil on top and did the brats. Then threw them in the skillet and let them go for about 10 minutes. Sizzling ci on the table was a nice touch I thought.

@bentgrass The complicated cooks are impressive, and fun to pull off. However, some of the best food in my books is the simple stuff.
I had a simple grilled sandwich today, and it was delicious. I'd happily devour your cook - it looks great.

First off great looking cook! Secondly, who has time to put 2 plus hours into every cook? Don't get me wrong, I love complicated cooks, but the reality is I just don't have time.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC

A. That looks delicious, 2. I post routine or repeat cooks all the time because I enjoy demonstrating you can use the Egg for you mainstay cooking. Nobody ever bitches at me for it, so relax. The only downside is sometimes you don't get much feedback.
