220 'ish till it got to 150.
Pulled it off and let it cool for a minute and cut it into large chunks.
Then put on a cast iron skillet ...glazed it with a little more sauce and flipped them around in the skillet to crisp up the edges!
Nothing really difficult but pretty damn tasty!!I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
