I have been missing cooking. Been real busy the past few months. Work has kept me away. However I have a couple of weeks off now. I have spent the last few days white trout fishing and relaxing. I will see if I can pull a ace out of the deck later in the week. And as always, I appreciate the kind and thoughtful words my friend.

@SGH, not wanting to put any pressure on you, but now that you do have a break, it would be way cool to see some of your terrific cooks.

My brother, no pressure at all. I have been really wanting to get back to cooking. Sadly work has kept me away for the past several months. I actually have been trying to decide what to cook that folks may like to see. On any given day you can log on and see some great steaks, ribs or pork butt cooks. Trying to think of something different. Been considering doing a whole clod and a pork collar. Or another stuffed pork shoulder. Any requests my friend?
