Fajita burgers

I had some leftover peppers and onions from fajitas and hadn't used my stuffed burger press in a while, so thought what the hell?  Stuffed with fajita fixings and sharp cheddar...crust is salt and pepper and raising the steaks.  Direct at 600-650 and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.

The wife wanted jalapeño and cheddar and I had a taste and that was good too.

I also had leftover pizza toppings so have one filled with pepperoni and mozzarella but those burgers are so freaking big that one will be for lunch tomorrow.
