Peri-peri and sriracha wings

wife and kids are gone for the weekend so time to make some hot wings.  I hadn't had peri-peri before but I have seen so many cooks with it I had to try. Grill got away from me and was 525 before the wings went on but actually worked out really well. I went indirect at 525 for about 35 min and the wings are really crispy. Dusted in swamp venom and corn starch before cooking. Then coated with peri-peri hot sauce, sriracha and butter mixture. 

They are are good and hot-
