Had a leftover ball of homemade pizza dough in the freezer that I pulled out yesterday. Made a few personal sized pizzas on the Mini. Best ones I've made thus far with the mini.

@theyolksonyou , I grill on my eggs almost every night for dinner. We always plan our dinners on Sunday so there is no need to think about what to make. The weeknight cooks are typically something really quick, like these pizzas. The weekends I may do something a little more elaborate. Vacation is actually next week for us. Going up to Ocean City along with the Mini.
Beware...there will be even more posts then.

I just kept it wide open @SoCalTim . With it being wide open along with the 2 stones inside, it keeps a done temp of around 450 or 500. They take about 10 minutes.
