3 Pizzas on the Mini BGE (pix)

Had a leftover ball of homemade pizza dough in the freezer that I pulled out yesterday.  Made a few personal sized pizzas on the Mini.  Best ones I've made thus far with the mini.

You got to love these pies.....have had sweet and hot peppers on my pizza's....but never tried Jap's. Have a couple in the frig.....I will need to give that a try.

Thx @johnkitchens !  The Mrs and I don't have any kids so I have extra time on my hands.  Plus all my cooks are relatively quick.

@theyolksonyou , I grill on my eggs almost every night for dinner.  We always plan our dinners on Sunday so there is no need to think about what to make.  The weeknight cooks are typically something really quick, like these pizzas.  The weekends I may do something a little more elaborate.  Vacation is actually next week for us.  Going up to Ocean City along with the Mini.   Beware...there will be even more posts then.

I just kept it wide open @SoCalTim .  With it being wide open along with the 2 stones inside, it keeps a done temp of around 450 or 500.  They take about 10 minutes.

Nice. I made that dough last week. I have to say it is close to the original. I had some trouble stretching it out but I always do. I will make it again for sure. Good looking pies.
