Jucy Lucy Egg Breakfast Burger

My buddy who I meet through the BGE forum borrowed my small to a company his small on a recent golf trip. He stopped over around 4pm and the next thing you know it's midnight and were still out in the driveway tipping some beer back. I completely forgot to eat anything for dinner. So I woke up this morning with some major gut rot.  I had a hankering for a big Ole cheeseburger at 8am. So I figure why not. If you put an egg on it it's considered breakfast right? =)

I diced up some jalapeños for the patties and stuffed them with smoked cheddar cheese.  I sautéed some onions and fried the bacon while my wife made some eggs and sliced some avacado.  I tossed everything together for a quick breakfast burger!  Here's a few pics:l

@Brisket_Fanatic Definitely needed something greasy.  Adam stopped over with a couple other friends of ours.  A few of our friends ended up crashing here for the night. So I figured I'd throw something together for everyone.  I'd be eating some Smacks cereal otherwise

@stv8r I like your thinking!  I've done the reversed glazed doughnut for cheeseburgers but English muffin never even crossed my mind.  I dig it!

That looks like a good breakfast for a hangover.  I went through a phase not too long ago where I was eating all of my burgers on Wolferman's english muffins.  It's really good for burger meat with high fat content like a 75/25 mix.

@biggreenrob Thanks for the tip!  I'll have to give it the green light
