Math and Science are the Devil's work.
Hmm, so that TV you watch that was designed by engineers using math & science is the devil's work?  The car you drive that was designed by engineers is the Devil's work.  Your cell phone that you use is the devil's work.  I sure hope that you are either a devil worshipper and worship the engineers that make the modern conveniences you enjoy, or you live like the Amish and don't enjoy any the fruits of my labor or my fellow engineers labor if you think all that we do is the Devil's Work.  I don't like being told that my entire career has been spent working for the Devil or that my hobby of being an Amateur Astronomer is evil.  May I ask what holy work it is that you do to make your living?

I think someone needs to learn to recognize sarcasm.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Man, have a dinner party for a few hours and miss all this drama?  I might just fire all my friends and monitor this 24/7 by staying up on meth. (I kid, I kid).

Seriously, if you look at my post history, I've never attacked craig, nor treated him any differently than someone I don't know on the forum.  I peddle information and data on cooking.  Sometimes I troll, but never craig.  I laid out the straight dope and qualified the whole thing with whatever works for you - tastes good.

People like to pile on bandwagons, and I'll be the devils advocate if I see that mob mentality.  So let me post this for all the haters to feel shame.  Shame.  Shame.  Shame.  (think GoT).

What a freaky video.  The crazy shoots out of her eye balls!

She's the kind of crazy that should never own a deep freeze.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Strange thought, but I like the idea of SV being adapted for use by seniors that probably shouldn't be messing with fire and hot appliances any more.  My parents are getting there, they've left the stove on a few times, thankfully they don't fire up the grill any longer, but for a great bridge between full independence and being totally cared-for, this would be a great service - to have an SV setup for them where they could buy meals already prepared (but not cooked), vacusealed and with easy instructions for dropping in.  Not the uber-long SV, but drop it in in the morning, it's ready in a couple of hours and holds nicely all day.
Legume, that is an incredibly good idea.
